Jaidon’s journey in the construction industry began near Seattle, after graduating from Willamina High School in Oregon. He started as a laborer with a large commercial contractor before completing a four-year union apprenticeship to become a full-fledged journeyman carpenter. In 2020, he joined Cellar Ridge Construction as a Lead Carpenter and quickly rose to Project Manager by 2022, thanks to his dedication and leadership.
He lives in Sheridan with his wife, their dog Maui, and cats Mushu & Anna. A passionate angler, Jaidon loves salmon and steelhead fishing. Nothing brings him more satisfaction than walking through a finished project and witnessing the joy on clients’ faces as their vision becomes reality.
