Home Design Services

Cellar Ridge Custom Homes offers design services to discerning clients who want a home that makes a difference. We go beyond your standard builder/designer in hand crafting a design which is tailored to your specific wants, needs, style and lot. You will find that we design homes with soul creating a sanctuary for you and your loved ones. We specialize in designing Green Homes giving you the opportunity to make a difference for the environment.

Cellar Ridge Custom Homes utilizes Chief Architect software, which puts the power of visualization into your hands. After one or more initial design interviews we will create a home plan for you to review… only instead of giving you just a floor plan as most designers do Cellar Ridge Custom Homes will produce a packet of three dimensional pictures. These pictures are a great way for you to get an idea of the look and feel of your home design. Next we let you make mark ups and changes to the home so that each window is placed just right; each door is where you want it and the spaces of each room are proportioned to create the feel you are after. We make the changes and give another set of pictures to you repeating this process several times before finalizing construction drawings.

Usually people have to wait until the walls are up before getting their first real “view” of the spaces within a home. Using the three dimensional pictures from Chief allows our clients to view their spaces and make changes before the walls are up and these changes become expensive.
