Mid-Valley Rehabilitation

Cellar Ridge Custom Homes had the unique opportunity to help build to assisted living homes in McMinnville for Mid-Valley Rehabilitation, Inc., a local, private, not-for-profit organization, which provides employment, community inclusion, residential support and transportation to adults with developmental and other disabilities.  These two homes meet ADA accessibility guidelines, are Energy Star rated, as well as Earth Advantage Certified.  FOR IMAGE GALLERY...

Howard St. Addition

Good relationships with our suppliers and community members is a founding belief of Cellar Ridge Custom Homes. As a testament to this goal, we are now building a home for and with one of our suppliers.

 

Amity-Whiteson Addition

This addition created more usable living space for the homeowners, and incorporated many 'green' building concepts, such as sun-tunnels and sustainable and durable flooring. Bed and Breakfast Apartment Remodel

This existing apartment held many dated finishes. Cellar Ridge remolded  this home with beautiful finishes. We used Sustainable and durable flooring of bamboo and Marmoleum, low VOC paint, and durable surfaces in two bathrooms. New exterior doors and upgraded, programmable heating system was added to increase energy efficiency. Our clients are now using this beautiful space for a bed and breakfast.
